T1 Youth Athletic Training Clinic:
In this 3 week clinic, young athletes will work on speed, agility, quickness, balance and reaction time in a positive and motivating atmosphere. These areas are critical to athletic performance in all sports. All athletes can benefit when speed, agility, and quickness drills are added to their training program.
T1 Youth Athletic Training Clinic includes a dynamic warm up, fun yet challenging drills, cool down, and stretching. It will also include time to set goals and discuss positive affirmations focusing on the successes of the sessions.
What to bring: water or sports drink, towel, a good work ethic, and a desire to perform at their highest level possible
Session #1:June 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20 Session #2: July 2, 7, 9, 11, 16, 18 Session #3: July 30, August 1, 6, 8, 13, 15
Times: 3:00 – 4:00 PM – for Youth entering 6th – 8th grades
4:30 – 5:30 PM – for Youth entering 9th – 12th grades
* Session #2: ONLY ON Saturday, July 9 – times will be
11:00 am – 12:00 pm – for Youth entering 6th – 8th grades
12:30- 1:30 pm – for Youth entering 9th – 12th grades

T1 Boot Camp
Boot Camps are a comprehensive 1 hour work out that includes a dynamic warm up, multiple strength/cardio circuits, core exercises, and stretches. T1 Boot Camp is appropriate for men and women of all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. T1 Boot Camp is designed to achieve a full body work out in a positive and motivating atmosphere. Boot Camps are a FUN yet challenging way to get fit.

Summer sessions of T1 Boot Camp will be held outside on the high school property. In case of bad weather, class will be held in the fitness room on the second floor of the Hastings Community Education and Rec Center.
